Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham were two pioneering psychologists in the early 20th century.
Through their work, they created the iconic Johari Window framework that is still widely used today. It was named "Johari" using a combination of their first names.
While the Johari Window seems simple, it is still a powerful tool that frequently used during coaching workshops as it offers rare and invaluable insight into the qualities and contributions that make you unique.
