What is iGrow360 ?

The iGrow360 Test is a powerful framework, based on the popular Johari Window, that helps you understand yourself and others better.

It is a personal development tool that allows you to see yourself through others' eyes. Colleagues, friends, family members, and others have different perspectives on who we are and offer unique and valuable insights into how you show up. By helping you understand yourself, iGrow360 provides a powerful tool for personal growth and development.

What is the Johari Window?

Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham were two pioneering psychologists in the early 20th century.

Through their work, they created the iconic Johari Window framework that is still widely used today. (Luft and Ingham named their model "Johari" using a combination of their first names).

While the Johari Window seems simple, it is a powerful tool that helps us understand ourselves.

Our Johari Window tool offers rare and invaluable insight into the qualities and contributions that make you unique.

What do the different areas mean?

1. Open  

The open window lies in the top left-hand corner. The qualities in the open window are shared between our own self-conception and the way our peers see us.

2. Hidden

What we think or feel about ourselves that has gone unnoticed by others lies in the hidden corner. These qualities lie in the bottom left.

3. Blind Spots

In the top-right corner lies the blind spot. The qualities listed here form part of the way that our peers see us, but weren’t part of our own inventory.

4. Unknown

There is always an unconscious aspect to ourselves that neither us nor those around us is capable of realizing. These qualities are placed in the bottom right corner.

  • Just like the Johari Window, you will find the Open Window, the Blind Spot, the Hidden, and the Unknown quadrants in each test.

  • For best results, make sure you work through iGrow360 with friends, loved ones, work colleagues, and peers that truly know you well.

  • iGrow360 helps reveal the limits of our self-perception by examining the contrast between the way we see ourselves and the way others see us.

    To take the test and we’ll walk you through the process.

    It’s also a fantastic idea to speak with your manager at work about having your whole team work with the Johari Window, with or without one of our facilitators.

  • Unlike many feedback tools, iGrow360 isn't limited to self-assessment.

    It invites people from your life and work to share descriptors of you, surfacing what few of us are aware of otherwise.
